PRIVACY POLICY for Model.Net Effective as of Jan 22, 2009.

This Privacy policy lays out Model.Net’s policy on personally identifiable information use and collection by Model.Net or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries in connection with any of its websites or the use of any Model.Net product or service. i.Improving ModelNet products, services, and websites.
ii.As required for, or in connection with, the operation of ModelNet businesses and ventures.
iii.Providing ModelNet users with information, products, or service they request from ModelNet or any of its partners and selected third parties. iv.Distributing offers and information about products, services, and websites, offered or run by ModelNet or any of its partners and selected third parties.

During these uses, ModelNet will ensure that reasonable electronic and physical security measures are taken to minimize the risk of the misuse of its user’s information, though it cannot guarantee the privacy of this information. ModelNet may provide the information provided by its users to trusted third parties, including advertisers, affiliates, and contractors which provide services necessary for ModelNet business operations.

5.Regarding Access to Information

Should users wish to modify their information they may do so through their account with ModelNet or by contacting ModelNet directly.
